There are 3 REO’s (bank owned) properties for sale. Home prices range from $420,000 for a 3 bed/2 bath in Crown Village to a 9,560 SF 6 bed 8 bath home on 2 acres in Serrano for $6,950,000.

There are 112 pending sales with average days on the market of 46. There are 213 sold with average days on the market of 38. (Almost a 1/3 increase over my last marketing report). Average list price to sale price is 99.1%
